The Alba Diagnostics ALB660D is a new generation of brake bleeders designed and manufactured in the UK. They are built on existing well proven technology but uprated to take account of higher system volumes and bleed pressures required by some modern and larger vehicles. The mobile unit is designed with a more ergonomic and stable working height and a 100mm touch screen LCD display showing detailed information.
The unit incorporates a range of protected user defined settings to ensure the unit is operated correctly and within the vehicle manufacturers guidelines and standards, so suitable for OEM specified applications.
High pressure detection and relief are included along with user defined floating pressure relief to protect vehicle at lower pressures. A buzzer will alert an operator to an alarm or flow condition that is out with the settings, such as low flow. The unit also has a logging function to retain a record of operation parameters that can assist with fault diagnosis and service support requests.
A comprehensive self-test function will help the operator and Alba Diagnostics to diagnose bleeder faults and provide quicker support without the need to return the unit to the manufacturer.
